Catch Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Catch. Catch is a Singapore bus timing app that helps users view bus arrivals, saved places, widgets, Live Board, Live Activities, leave-now decisions, and submit product feedback.

2. Agreement To These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Catch, you agree to these Terms and the Catch Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Catch.

If you downloaded Catch from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless Catch provides a custom EULA in App Store Connect.

3. What Catch Does

Catch helps you make routine bus decisions by showing Singapore bus stop and arrival information, saved places and pinned stops, estimated walking time, "Can I Catch It?" decisions, leave-now alerts, widgets, Live Activities, Dynamic Island displays, saved-place and pinned-stop preferences, the Feedback Board, and Catch Pro features.

Catch is a planning aid. It is not an official transport service and does not guarantee that any bus will arrive, depart, stop, or be available at a specific time.

4. Transport Data And Accuracy

Catch uses third-party transport data, including LTA DataMall bus stop and arrival data. Transport data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

You are responsible for your travel decisions, including when to leave, whether to board, and whether conditions are safe. Always follow official transport instructions, road safety rules, station or bus interchange instructions, and instructions from transport staff.

5. Location, Notifications, And Permissions

Catch may request location and notification permissions to provide nearby stops, leave-now alerts, widgets, and Live Activity features.

You are not required to grant these permissions to use all parts of the app, but some features may be unavailable or less accurate without them. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

Notifications are reminders only. Catch is not responsible for missed buses, missed notifications, delayed notifications, device focus modes, battery settings, network issues, or system limitations.

6. Catch Pro Subscriptions

Catch may offer Catch Pro as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Catch Pro may include smart leave-now alerts, Live Board, Dynamic Island, Live Activities, widgets, unlimited saved stops, app icons, and "Can I Catch It?" decision tools.

The current subscription price, duration, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase in the App Store purchase flow. The price displayed by Apple at confirmation is the price that applies. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's subscription rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Catch does not process your payment card details directly.

7. Free Trials And Promotions

If Catch offers a free trial or promotional price, the purchase screen will describe the offer before you subscribe. After a trial ends, Apple may charge your selected subscription unless you cancel in time through Apple.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Catch or interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app except as allowed by law, use Catch to violate laws or transport safety rules, use automated methods to overload third-party transport data services, submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, misleading, confidential, or privacy-invasive content through the Feedback Board, or misrepresent Catch as an official government or transport authority app.

9. Feedback Board

When you submit feedback or upvote visible feedback, you give Catch permission to store, display, moderate, respond to, and use that feedback activity to support and improve the app. You keep ownership of your original feedback. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information that you do not want processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Catch may remove feedback, change its status, or restrict submissions when needed to keep the board useful, safe, and reliable. Submission does not guarantee a response or that a requested change will be implemented.

10. Intellectual Property

Catch, including its name, design, interface, icons, code, and original content, is owned by the app owner or licensed to the app owner. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Catch to you.

Third-party names, data, services, and platform features remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Privacy

Your use of Catch is also governed by the Catch Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data Catch handles, how it is used, retention/deletion controls, and permission choices.

12. No Warranty

Catch is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch makes no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or available at all times.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to missed transport, delays, inaccurate arrival data, device settings, notification delivery, network outages, or third-party services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

14. Changes To Catch

Catch may add, remove, or change features over time. Some features may require Pro, location permission, notification permission, network access, compatible devices, or supported iOS versions.

15. Changes To These Terms

Catch may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or business terms change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of Catch after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
